The first step toward earning your Certificate in Professional Ethics and Professionalism from Ethics Inc is to complete Module One: Understanding our Professional Role and Commitment. 

 

The Professional Role and Commitment module looks at topics like:

 

• Why do we need to study ethics and professionalism?

• What is the difference between an occupation and a profession?

• Why is the social contract between healthcare professions and society significant?

• What are the ethical principles common to all healthcare professionals and how do we apply them to practice?

 

The cost of this module is $30 and will take approximately one hour to complete.
